Tuition Payments
No prorating or alteration of payment amount is allowed unless specifically agreed to in advance. Please note that you are paying for our information and for our teaching presence, not for your attendance. Dues are still due in full if you were present or not, as we were still there teaching. Please adjust your schedule as needed to attend class whenever possible. We do not offer refunds; instead, please refer to the makeup class policy below.
Early Cancellation:
Should the student/member cancel their membership before the agreement “expiration date” and after the state-mandated 3-day grace period, they agree to a break contact fee equal to 2 months’ tuition from the date of the signed notice of cancellation. Please contact us for a time to come in and sign the cancellation form. The contract will remain in full effect until this time.
For our grandfathered month-to-month members, we require 60 days‘ notice to cancel.
Missed Class/Makeup Policy:
Within your agreement/prepaid period, you can make up your missed classes by attending additional mixed group classes until you have made up the number of classes you’ve missed. We do not add on makeup time at the end of your term, but if you sign up for another equal or greater term when yours expires, you can still make up any missed hours.
Holidays Observed: * observed holidays are subject to change.
We will not be open for training on New Year’s Eve/Day, Mother’s/Father’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve/Day, or Mardi Gras. Check our Facebook page for inclement-weather cancellations (we typically follow Orleans / Jefferson Parish closures). Please make up any missed training that falls on a holiday by completing additional hours within your agreement timeframe.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
- We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays, public holidays, national holidays, or festival breaks.
- During collection launches, sale periods, or festive seasons, processing may take longer due to increased volume.
- Orders placed after 4 PM may be processed the next business day.
We work diligently to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Once shipped, delivery within United States typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your postal and courier serviceability. Remote or non-metro locations may require additional transit days. Possible delivery delays may occur due to:
- Weather disruptions
- Courier capacity issues
- Operational delays during festivals/holidays
- Local restrictions or strikes
DF6 defense cannot guarantee exact delivery dates during peak holiday seasons, but we make every effort to ship your order at the earliest possible time.

Shipping Information Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details (name, phone number, address, pincode) are accurate at checkout.
DF6 defense is not responsible for:
- Delays due to incomplete or incorrect address details
- Courier inability to contact the customer
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
If an order is returned to us after a failed delivery attempt, it will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
