At DF6, we combine training with fun! Our Summer Youth Warrior Training program is designed to keep your child engaged, active, and learning all summer long.

Training Sessions:

1). 45-Minute Mobility Training

Unlock your child’s potential with mobility trainingtargeted designed to increase flexibility, balance, and agility. Mobility is key to improving performance in sports and everyday activities and to preventing injuries by strengthening the body’s natural range of motion. Our expert coaches will guide your child to move with more control, confidence, and power. Watch as they gain the mobility to excel in everything they do!

2). 45-Minute Conditioning Training

Summer is the perfect time to build endurance and stamina. Our conditioning training will push your child to new heights of physical fitness, teaching them perseverance and mental toughness. With age-appropriate, challenging, and fun drills, your child will develop strength, speed, and cardiovascular endurance that will benefit them on and off the mat. Help them become a more resilient athlete with our dynamic, exciting conditioning workouts!

3). 45-Minute Striking Training

Give your child the opportunity to develop precision and power through striking training that emphasizes controlled, effective technique. Whether they want to gain confidence or enhance their self-defense skills, this program will help them learn how to throw punches and kicks with speed, accuracy, and strength. This class will empower your child with discipline, focus, and real-world skills that will make them feel confident in any situation!

6). 45-Minute Groundwork Training

Groundwork is the foundation of true self-defense. In our specialized groundwork training, your child will learn how to defend themselves and gain control when they are taken to the ground. They’ll practice grappling, submissions, and escapes, developing strength and strategy in every session. Groundwork also teaches respect and discipline as they navigate challenging, high-pressure situations. Equip your child with essential self-defense tools to stay safe and confident, no matter the circumstances.
