Q.Do I have to have any martial arts experience? 

A. No! Whether you’re looking to use martial arts as a way to get in shape, build confidence, boost self-esteem, acquire discipline and leadership skills – our classes are a great way for you to become your best self.

Q. How long are classes?

A. Our classes 1 hour. 

Q.What should I wear

A. For first time visitors or drop in’s, you can wear fight shorts, workout leggings, or pants (please do not wear watches, sippers, exposed velcro and hanging jewelry). If you have long hair, we suggest using a hair tie.  

Q.What should I bring?

A. Our classes require different gear. In the class description you’ll find what gear is needed.  With every class, we advise you to bring a water bottle and a sweat towel.   

Q.I have injury, can I still workout?

A. If you have an injury, please let us know and we will discuss what steps should be taken. Please let us know if you have any limitations or discomforts before the start of class.  

Q.Can I wear shoes?

A. We train barefoot on the mats.  You are allowed to wear mat shoes (wrestling shoes).  Your mat shoes should only be used on the mat, if they are dirty, they will not be allowed on the mats.
