🛡️ DF6 Defense Academy Student Policies

DF6 Defense Academy Hygiene Policy

We train hard. That means sweat, contact, and shared space. To protect everyone’s health:

Uniform

Wear a clean uniform to every class

Wash your hands and feet before and after training

Cover all cuts and scrapes with a bandage

Foul body odor will not be tolerated. Use deodorant and avoid strong fragrances

Keep finger nails and toe nails trimmed short

Pick up after yourself and throw trash away

Use the designated storage areas for gear

Respect and Behavior

We don’t tolerate bullying or bad attitudes. Every student must:

Listening Skills

Listen to instructors the first time

Respect classmates of all ages

Use appropriate language at all times

Keep hands to yourself unless practicing drills

Support teammates—never put them down

Safety

Your safety is our priority.

Injured?

Tell a coach right away if you’re injured or not feeling well

Never use techniques outside of class without instructor permission

Report unsafe behavior immediately

Attendance and Punctuality

Show up ready to train.
